Sylvia Plester-Silk offers a depth experience that comes with over 20 years in the human services field. As a Social Worker and Addictions Counsellor she helped hundreds of individuals and groups to make significant changes in their lives.

She has motivated individuals and groups to harness their potential by shifting from purpose to passion including federal parolees, addicted persons, individuals with mental health issues, disabled persons returning to employment and entrepreneurs.

She has been interviewed by the media. She has shared her expertise on TV and Radio programs including the Discovery Channel.

She is an expert in understanding how the energy one create impacts their life, their work and others.

She is a graduate of the Improvisation Program at Second City Training Company, Toronto, Ontario.

She has worked with students and professionals at Universities of Guelph, Waterloo and McMaster in their experiential learning programs.

Sylvia has served on community boards of directors including Past President of Guelph Women In Networking.

She has an intuitive approach to her workshops and team integration services which assists her clients to achieve results.
